For every traveler, a valid passport with at least 6 months left before it expires is mandatory and travelers are responsible for obtaining their visas. Some countries require you to have at least one or two empty pages in the passport. Because visa regulations and requirements are changing constantly, we strive to send you the latest update at time of booking for your country of travel. In Kenya and Tanzania, visas can be obtained on arrival at a cost.

Rules and regulations of the respective embassies and consulates will apply, however, details pertaining to each of these will be communicated to you as and when the need arises. Certain embassies require you to apply for visas in person. In such cases all the prerequisites will be prepared and you will be assisted up until the point of appearing in person at the embassy. Our experience with international travelers has allowed us to establish close working relationships with various Embassies and Consulates.
